I know this from first hand experience!  Our previous dog Josie came to us with some challenging behaviours and after being totally bamboozled with conflicting advice, it led me to become a qualified Canine Behaviourist undertaking a diploma with The British College of Canine Studies Although sadly Josie has now passed she proved to be an excellent teacher, enabling me to go on to help other dogs and their owners.
